VREDENDAL: SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION OF A PPROXIMATELY 6KM CAMP FENCE

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 13(2) of the Preferential Procurement Regulation, 2017, that abovementioned tender has been cancelled due to the following reason:

Section 13(1) of the above mention Regulation states:

• An organ of state may, before the award of a tender, cancel a tender invitation if-
  •   material irregularity
