GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The Casidra SOC Ltd requires a Service Provider for the provision of hygiene services to the Casidra SOC Ltd building, 22 Louws Avenue, Paarl for a contract period of 36 months. The purpose of this project is to provide a clean, healthy and hygienic working environment in the Casidra SOC Ltd.
The Casidra SOC Ltd intends to outsource the Cleaning Services, to a Service Provider, at its Head Office, 22 Louws Avenue, Paarl. The Casidra SOC Ltd intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with a Service Provider who is to provide the services required. The services rendered will be for the Service Provider’s own account, taking responsibility for all risks including management/servicing of cleaning equipment/dispensers, management of cleaning and hygiene material and stock control.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Sealed tenders, endorsed as indicated in the bid document, must reach Casidra SOC Ltd at their Head Office, 22 Louws Avenue, Southern Paarl, placed in the bid box available at Reception.
FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE COMPULSORY DOCUMENTATION AND PARTICULARS MAY RENDER THE BID INVALID.
