GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Provision of Office Cleaning Services at Casidra SOC Ltd, 22 Louws Avenue, Paarl for the period of 36 months.
It is estimated that interested service providers, who can provide office cleaning services, and who satisfy criteria stated in the tender document CPBD 4, may submit Tender offers.
The Casidra SOC Ltd intends to enter into a contract with a Service Provider who is to provide the services required. The services rendered will be for the Service Provider’s own account, taking responsibility for all risks including management/servicing of cleaning equipment, management of cleaning material and stock control.
THE SCOPE OF WORKS WILL INCLUDE:
Professional Office Cleaning service as described in the scope of works. The Service Provider must adhere to eco-friendly products and water-saving requirements to improve our environment.
CLEANING SERVICES: Itemized In CBD 3.
SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Sealed tenders, endorsed as indicated in the bid document, must reach Casidra SOC Ltd at their Head Office, 22 Louws Avenue, Southern Paarl, placed in the bid box available at Reception.
FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE COMPULSORY DOCUMENTATION AND PARTICULARS MAY RENDER THE BID INVALID.
