CANCELLATION NOTICE – TENDER NO 53/2021: LABOUR FOR THE INSTALLATION OF 10000M OF STOCK PROOF FENCING
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 13(2) of the Preferential Procurement Regulation, 2017, that abovementioned tender has been cancelled due to the
following reason:
Section 13(1) of the above mention Regulation states:
- An organ of state may, before the award of a tender, cancel a tender invitation if-
- (a) due to changed circumstances, there is no longer a need for the goods or services specified in the invitation;
