RFQ: NEW WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AND HOSTING

A QUOTE FOR THE FOLLOWING IS REQUESTED.

The works, as described, are part of the Website Development and Hosting. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include the design look and feel of the new and fully optimised website, content preparation of approved design and export graphic elements for the developer.  The successful bidder must be able to start the works within 7 (seven) days of appointment. The bidder must be able to prove and supply the following skills and experience of previous work on website development by providing their business profile.

 SCOPE OF WORK

This project consists of the following elements:

1. Design the look and feel of the new website, prep approved design and export graphic elements
2. Fully optimised modern website
3. Audit responsive code to make sure displays on mobile devices are acceptable
4. Copy all content from the current website
5. Back-end support
6. Hosting and Security
7. Fulltime technical support
8. Install and setup relevant security and stability plugins
9. Install and set special sections: Career section with the ability to post new jobs and allow users to apply online / Staff section with new filter option
10. to give it a modern feel and better user experience / Enquiry forms and all other special forms needed (subject to the amount of detail needed)
11. Tender section with easy backend (or frontend) adding and display
12. Setup blog and news sections with relevant categories
13. Integrate newsletter signup with a Mailchimp account
14. Add SEO pages, insert Google Analytics code and re-submit the website for re-index after going live
15. Package the website and migrate to live hosting

 COMPULSORY

• Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Tax Compliance is compulsory and must be indicated as compliant on CSD.
• Quoted prices should be inclusive of VAT.
• If you are not VAT registered a 0% VAT rate must be indicated on your quote.
• Company profile.

B-BBEE CERTIFICATES AND SWORN AFFIDAVITS

All Bids, RFQ’s and quotes above R 2 000.00 are subjected to evaluation on the basis of B-BBEE credentials for 80/20 and 90/10 preference point system.

For any supplier to be awarded BEE points, Casidra MUST be in possession of an originally certified copy of your B-BBEE Certificate/ an original Sworn Affidavit – B-BBEE Exempted Micro enterprises

To submit updated Certificates, you may post the originally certified copy /original Sworn Affidavit to Casidra, 22 Louws Avenue, Southern Paarl, 7624.
