GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Casidra requires the management services of a travel agent to assist with local and international travel arrangements and outlining pricing structures per management service.
BACKGROUND
Casidra SOC Ltd, a Provincial Government Enterprise of the Western Cape Government, needs efficient and reliable travel management. It seeks proposals from experienced travel agencies to manage its projects and corporate travel requirements. The selected agency will be responsible for organising and handling all aspects of business and project-related travel for Casidra‘s board of directors, management employees and project beneficiaries. The number of travellers could range between 1 and 20.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Sealed tenders, endorsed as indicated in the bid document, must reach Casidra SOC Ltd at their Head Office, 22 Louws Avenue, Southern Paarl, placed in the bid box available at Reception.
FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE COMPULSORY DOCUMENTATION AND PARTICULARS MAY RENDER THE BID INVALID.
